3.                    The remittance should be sent in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Secretary, payable at New Delhi and sent alongwith the application to Deputy Director-General (Education), or deposited in Account No. 440624, ICAR, Krishi Bhavan, New Delhi, India.
